Last night was a lot of fun! We went to a mustache party in the boys flat! And Jake was meeting a bunch of people, so he had a good time as well. We fell asleep at 1:30am, and then he had to wake up again at 3:30am to catch a cab to the airport, so sleep was definitely sporadic. I really enjoy playing host...I enjoyed getting to show him around my other home!
I woke up this morning and uploaded pictures from the week (which you should check out on facebook)! Then I got a call from Sara (my friend from Miami) who was on a hop off hop on tour bus, so I met her and her friend at the Tower of London. We went on a tour given by a yeoman. There were a ton of people on the tour, so at times it was hard to hear him, but he told some pretty interesting stories. I got to see where Ann Boleyn was proposed to, buried, and beheaded. I also saw the originally city wall of London built by the Romans, engravings from prisoners from the 15th century, and the crown jewels. It was a really great day despite the fact that it started to rain really hard. I didn't realize how exhausted I was. By this point I had tried contacting Heather (another friend from Miami who is visiting), but had heard nothing. Found out she lost her phone, but has internet! I came home and grabbed Prett for dinner since I hadn't really eaten all day.
So the plan for tonight is to hang out with Sara, Heather, and their friends. So we are looking for a pub or bar, but since we are tired we just kind of want a chill environment. Emily's friend is coming tonight too, so we all wanted to hang out together! We'll see how long I last. Tomorrow is master class and the writing of papers...oh yeah, even though classes are done I still have two papers due this week :(
