My flatmates and I spent the majority of the morning trying to put together our web-series onto the actual internet. By 2:00 we got it to work! YEAH! So Steph, Alyssa, and I left for the Victoria and Albert. We walked through a very commercial part of town and saw tons of cute stories! I spent an hour and a half in the Theatre and Performance section. It had a lot of really cool historical artifacts that I just loved. It had costumes, sets, publicity, photos, props, prompt books, news articles, paintings etc of the history of London theatre up until the present. I took pictures that will be posted later. I also looked in the Islamic section, Paintings from the Sistine Chapel, Britain from 1500-1800, photography, and some asian exhibits. That place is just so huge! Some places you just have to walk through because it takes too long to read everything.
I came back to go grocery shopping and of course, the grocery store closes here at 6:00, guess when I got there? 5:57. I had three minutes...I basically just grabbed some things that were on my way, and then made sure I got cheese and eggs so I could make tuna noodles. Looks like I will be going shopping again tomorrow for all the other things I didn't get to. I came home and made tuna noodles! And they are good! And hopefully will last me a few days. Everybody thought it was weird that I was actually cooking in the kitchen. I decided to be nice and do everyones dishes since I had a bunch to do anyway, which sounded like a good idea at the time, but 6 peoples dishes and cooking bowls is a lot of freakin dishes! But an hour later I finally got to eat, and I had PB&J....can't wait for those noodles to be cold!
Talked to a lot of people from home tonight which was great because I miss them a lot. And I've tried to practice my monologues. I have tutorial tomorrow, which I'm nervous about, but I know my monologue so hopefully he can help me make it good! Off to memorize my other Shakespeare one for class!
