Fighting! I get knocked down, but I get up again!

Wow, I usually dislike Tuesdays, but today was SO fun! Once I finally made it out of bed, we rushed to the coffee shop, sadly, Pierre was not working today.

In Shakespeare we didn't have to go, so I just got to sit and watch. Though Sheila did make one underhanded comment when she was like "Remember when I had to tell Lyssa like 100 times yesterday to stress the word Yield" Okay Sheila, you only had to tell me like 4 times until I got it, but okay.

In movement we had massage day....my favorite!! I got paired with Emily, and she was fantastic! I felt so good, and awake! During break I worked on Provoked Wife with Kate, which went really well, and I read The Maids by Genet....that is some weird crap! I didn't really even understand what I was reading. I had to look it up on sparknotes...I still think it is crazy though!

Last we had stage combat, and we got taught an entire fight today!! It was SO much fun! I partnered with Trevor and he is so much taller than me. At one point in the fight I am suppose to choke him, but he was too tall, so Philip let me jump on his back, and then get elbowed and fall to my knees as he kicks me over. It is going to be awesome! Now we just have to come up with a scenario. Let me know if yall have any suggestions...basically I start onstage he comes in and pushes me, I push back, and the fight goes on from there, but in the end he wins...and it's brutal, but so fun! Philip used me as an example 3 times today! And kept adding stuff to mine and Trevor's which was awesome! He finally likes me! I'm so sad I only have one more class left.

And now I am going to rehearse with Alyssa, and go to bed. It's been a long exhausting day. Not to mention it keeps snowing/sleeting/raining every morning.
