Waiting for THE END

I woke up earlier than I wanted to this morning at around 9:30. I got ready to go to lunch and Waiting For Godot with Nathalie, Abbey, and Monica.

We went to a restaurant that wasn't that great, but I got Shepherds pie, fries, and carrots. Then we went to Cafe Nero for dessert. I got the best chocolate muffin I have ever tasted. I could only eat half of it, it was so rich. We also sat next to a guy there that talked to the four of us about theatre because he thought it was cool we were studying it. I thought that was pretty nice.

We watched the first act of the play from the balcony, but then we got to move down to the stalls..second row for the second act! It was cool to see the show from two different perspectives. Everyone LOVED it (including Kate, Rachel, Harrison, Lydian, and Caulder who we ran into)! Everyone that is, except me. I thought it was boring, the characters had no purpose or motivation for their lines and the play itself was just uninteresting. I kept falling asleep. Guess I am not a Beckett fan. We waited at the stage door to see Ian Mckellen because he played Gogo, but he didn't come out. I wasn't that upset though...

I came home, grocery shopped, and watched Toy Story and Can't Hardly Wait with some of the roomies. I tried to do hw, but just couldn't focus. Which means tomorrow Fiona Shaw and HW!
